Trent University is one of Canada’s top universities known for their leadership in teaching, research and students satisfaction. The university attracts excellent students from across the country and around the world. It also offer some international program that is aimed to aid financially deficient international students.
Trent International Program offers a number of highly competitive renewable Fully funded scholarships for International Undergraduate students who are not citizens or do not reside permanently in Canada. These scholarships and awards are offered up to four years of honour degree if a “B” average is maintained each year. These are also available for students entering the University in September.
What the scholarship covers:
- The scholarship amount is CDN$32,000 per academic year which is 8 months.
- It covers international tuition and ancillary fees and other living expenses. The international tuition amounts CDN$20,000 and the international levy amounts CDN$20,000.
- The scholarship awards is based on high academic achievement, community and/or international service, excellent record of extra-curricular activities and leadership.
- It is also open to students from developing countries.
Trent University also offers grants up to CDN$7,000 to students with high academic achievement and good record of extra-curricular activities.
