AHRI/UCL MSc Scholarship, 2020

The Africa Health Research Institute (AHRI)/ in collaboration with University College London (UCL) offers Master in Science(MSc) scholarship for students from South Africa. The scholarship is a singular award for the UK academic year September 2020 to September 2021. The programme is designed for students whose academic background and interests are aligned with the programmes of research at AHRI.  

Sponsoring University: Africa Health Research Institute/University College London.

Level/Field of Study: Master degree in Science Research related courses. See list of research courses offered under the scholarship.

Eligible Countries: Only students from South Africa are eligible for the scholarship.

Benefits of AHRI/UCL MSc Scholarship

The scholarship will provide the following:

  • Full UCL tuition fees for a one-year full-time taught master’s degree
  • A round-trip economy air fare to and from the UK
  • A monthly stipend to cover housing and living costs for 50 weeks
  • National Health Service (NHS) surcharge and Tier 4 visa costs

Applicants are to complete an online application form for the scholarship. You are required to read the application form guideline before proceeding for your application. Also, the following documents are to be uploaded during the application: AcademicTranscript, Personal Statement write-up in which the candidate expresses his/her motivations and suitability for the programme you are applying to, Certifications of Qualification from First degree.
